The Alista K. Events team loves to assist our clients with handling the mundane tasks that need to be handled leading up to their event. We assist with tasks such as ordering VIP gifts for event guests of honor, making lodging and transportation arrangements to various locations, and making necessary service appointments for the home or office. Each client has different needs based on their event and lifestyle and we are here to help.

Contact us to schedule a dedicated day and time to discuss the details of your event and answer any questions. We will gather all of your event desires and construct a custom proposal for you.

 

Upon completion of the consultation, once the contract is signed and the deposit has been submitted your event will be considered to be booked.
